Blue Ball stage
Focus on developing confidence and competence playing with a ball. Eye-ball co-ordination, movement, 2+3 dimensional ball tracking, catching and throwing skills. Equipment; modified small racquets, small nets, small court, large plastic balls, low compression Red tennis balls.
